Yes, there is only one self contained apartment which is part of the detached villa.
Does anyone else use the pool? |
Only you (the visitor) and occasionally myself (the owner).

Yes, in Gandia there are many supermarkets e.g. Lidl, Aldi, Plus, Mercadona, Caprabo, Carrefour, Super Patri, Consum .
How do I pay for the apartment? |
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking. The 70% balance must be received by us 2 month before your arrival. A returnable breakage/damage deposit of 100 Euros is payable on arrival.
I will send you by e-mail my bank account details for you to make a transfer in Euros.
